It depends what I'm doing and which app I'm using. The apps that really
uses the landscape mode to add extra navigation/browse possibilities
works really great in landscape mode, for example the IMDb,
50-50 for me.
On a side note, will fast app switching be difficult to implement? Is
it planned for the next iPhone release? Using enabled apps on the
iPhone has made the iPad OS seem old already! It will make a big
difference for iPeng's ease of use. At the top of my want list.

I'd like to factory reset my SB3 and unfortunately its remote was lost
while moving houses. The '+' on my Boom remote won't do the trick and I
don't have a JVC DVD player remote.
Do I need a universal one, and if so, is programming the '+' staight
forward?
Or is there a software/server solution?
So many questions about SB integration and player/control interfaces
here in the forum !!
I seem to remember reading news about how Rhapsody and Pandora
experienced dramatic increases in business by making platform-dependent
players and control interfaces.
Too bad Logitech is no longer in the so
Hi Guys,
The Touch theme (http://[youripaddress]:9000/touch) is working really
well for me with the iPad.
The only major problem that I had at first was not being able to scroll
through my music lists or other lists. I figured out that, since the
list is in a frame, you need to use two fingers
lanscape, only use portrait with apps that won't support lanscape.

I'm 90% landscape as well. I like the extra width in a lot of the apps,
eg. Mail, Gmail, etc.

Just wanted to post a big thanks to flattermann for creating this
beast.
I got a Nexus One last weekend, upgraded to Android2.2/FroYo and
installed Squeeze Commander 0.9.4.2 (iirc) yesterday, and loving the
additional control over my 4 Duet/Boom players.
Thanks for a great app!

Not sure how they sound, but Griffin makes some interesting stuff.
Li-Ion speakers - might trade some sound quality for and huge increase
in convenience.

It looks as if the problem is with the 1.2V supply to the SB3's CPU (the
part marked IP3023 on the duaghter board under the wireless card). The
problem I had was also with the 1.2V supply, but I am not sure if the
cause is the same yet.
As far as I can determine, the 1.2V supply is generated from

That's an interesting point.
Actually I do have nice design schemes for both landscape and
portrait.
Landscape is simpler from a "how-do-I-layo

You can do the search from the SliMP3 itself.
You could also look at the Radiofeeds UK app as it is dedicated to UK
and Ireland stations and can have some of the smaller community
stations. It is not organised by area so again you will have to do a
search under the Radiofeeds menu.

Ok scratch that.
I found that if I enter the search pattern and click on search I get no
results. But if I enter the search pattern and click on the magnifying
glass to the right then I get a bunch of them. Daft I know but at least
it works and I found what I was looking for.
Thanks

yea I tried that but I get no results. Its very odd. Are you seeing
results for Oxford if you enter that as a search?

I think "areas" are unevenly defined - trying using the "Search" menu

Hi All,
I have been using squeezebox servers and devices since the original

I have been trying to listed to internet radio from the Oxford area in
the UK, using the internet radio functions in the server, so this is
device independent.
Looking down the list there is no Oxford, now I k
