Not many listed on ebay, and only rarely a mention here. I'd prefer

Nope - the slim prefs have the wrong stream - the simulcast is at 1046 -
I had to follow the instructions to create a playlist and use that
instead - works flawlessly - KCRW_Simulcast.m3u:

I have two SB's - an SBg and an SB2. I decided that I wanted my
wireless to be single mode-G rather than mixed mode to work on
stability. To do so, I hauled out an old WET54g bridge to work with my
WAP54g access point. I have another WET54g in another part of the house

Hey, my MAC address got reset to 00:04:ff:ff:01 - I remember there was a
sequence to set it correctly. I have MAC filtering on, and would like
to return the SB2 wireless card to the original MAC address on the box.
Please email reminders...the search functions on the forums did not

That was it - thanks. Man, was it tough without the SB2 for the last
couple of weeks. I will post my mod pics and lessons learned later.

So, let's say one's friend kills one's SB2 wireless card through some
mods. Is there a supply of wireless boards that one could buy from
SlimDevices? I mean in a purely hypothetical sense only. And would one
just contact [EMAIL PROTECTED] or is there a purportedly better
way to do this?

Looks like the KCRW simulcast feed in the SlimDevices picks may be
pointing to an old URL. I think the new one is:

File2=http://64.236.34.67:80/stream/1046

Your post is very timely for me. To replace our dozen or more remotes,
I purchased a Harmony 880 after rave reviews, worked with it for several
