3% of my CD's have
developed errors and therefore I prefer to backup my Flacs onto an
external hard disc so CD's no longer hold any real advantage for me, I
would rather have FLAC.

Just tried a purchase. Although they say they are CD standard in fact
they are 24bit 44.1K WMA Lossless recordings so perhaps they are worth
the cash.

sleep is off, looks like Vista gets tired anyway so
bumped up the "hirbernate after" setting to a few days and that appears
to have fixed it.
Actually getting to like Vista despite its hungry insects. :-)

interface allows you to preselect any tracks from a CD and yes there
will be breaks between tracks. You can try Musiclibrary for 15 minutes
at 64k free if you go to the site.

tables to return all contributors for a given album or visa-versa.
You can do the same for Tracks by using the contributor_track table and
if you wish to search for composer set the "role" to "2".
It sounds messy but once you get down to try
interference but these devices are
still infinitely more reliable than WiFi.

stream will be in ogg by default although MP3 can
be used if you prefer but there is currently no way of using a lossless
protocol so it is not perfect.
If your PC is unix then you will need to use Icecast and Ices2 as
above.

with this release or something might have got corrupted in
the database. I keep meaning to delete the old database before doing a
rebuild but the truth is I don't tend to use the playlists so it's not
a problem.

find the item you need. You will soon find out that the
only way to use Naxos Library is to use the search facility to find
your CD and then it becomes easy but how you write a Plugin to
interface to the search facility is beyond me at the moment.
