I can very highly recommend the Home Theater Master MX-500 univeral remote as a substitute. Only got my SB3 yesterday and the first thing I did was to teach the MX-500 the SB remote and I'll pack the SB remote away. -- dead

I've been getting this exact same problem and I browse by folder (as it's much easier to organise my music that way). Browse by album works okay but is awkward to use. I'm using Slimserver 6.3.1 and Firmware 55 on a Squeezebox 3.
