I thought that Erland put in all those hours over the last 5 years in
the vain hope to get some beer money - when in fact it was burger
money! shame on you Erland!!

worked great. Then as more people arrived the radio in the

I never really got the hang of the volume with synced players!
all in all, it was reasonably successful - but I feel that it is better
to have the players hard wired.

why not switch to £5 a month with Napster - you then only get 5 free
MP3s per month, but with £10 a month you should be getting 12 free
songs.
I think Napster has a larger library and works with Boom etc, while the
others do not.

I believe that music will become low bandwidth fodder as a free addon
to your ISP. The record companies will survive by getting us to buy
digitally remastered, top notch, super duper, MP3 files of the Albums I
have on record, tape, CD etc.
w hard would it be to fix!? I am stunned
that they a) don't fix, or b) think that it is OK as it is!

I would tend to agree that @ £5 a month it seems a no brainer. You also
get to download and keep 5 MP3s a month.

I have a similar setup. Vigor 2900 with SC running on a Windows Vista
box.
I don't have any route issues and can listen to BBC iPlayer and NApster
with no problems.

Luke,
How do you play something in the Napster playlist? I am also unable to
play using iPeng, but was able to do so using Squidgy.
Both iPeng and Squeemote just show details of the song etc but I can't
figure out how to actually get a song to play!

Thanks Joel,
Tried it and liked it ver
ics etc just seem much more professional. Pity Logitech did not go
that route also, and invest a bit of time and money into an app.
iPeng - it just works. Simple as that.
Squidgy - it works also but I don't like waiting on the DB to build so
rarely use it.

Waste of £5 for me so far then. Will take a look again when

Also got mine from Multitask. Have not done anything yet so far as I was
not planning to use the headphones socket that much. Think I will drop
both Multitask and SLim Devices an email detailing the problem.

First thing I did was plug in a pair of PC desktop powered speakers into
the headphones jack and found that there was a constant crackle and pop
making it unusable. I'm in the UK also, although I don't think that
should make a difference!

Arrived in work. Have set it up but can't play any tunes yet until
