I have configured my LMS in the HA config file, and run the config check
: no errors, and then restarted HA: no errors.
But then what?
What should I expect?
No GUI element for LMS shows up, and the HA Overview Page, and my LMS
doesn't show up anywhere in the HA States List.

password to log on. This is probably not extremely difficult to hack for
someone that knows how. I guess LMS logon exchange user name+password in
clear text?

That is not my experience with Muso. And I use it all the time. My Music
folder structure is updated real time and when I di a pratial or full
scan with Muso, it always picks up the last modifications. I never have
to delete the whole DB.

That is odd, I have the same entry in my scanner log as you have, but
there no such delay.
I see you have approx 100k files. I have over 150K files so the number
of files shouldn't matter.
Do you have some more info about your setup?
What machine are you running LMS on?

Well, you see, iPeng, Orange Squeeze, Squeeze Ctrl, and all the other
clients that I use or have used remotely, works just fine - so there's
nothing wrong with my understanding of how to use remote playback. My
only problem is with SqueezePlay. I can't get SqueezePlay to work
remotely.

Is it possible to specify the download location to be on the external SD
card (my internal memory is full)?
I tried changing the path, but it just creates a tree deeper in the
internal memory under \Music
Is there a special trick to the path syntax, or is OS not able to

Here's a new observation : if I use the external IP, it says pics up the
manufacturers name of my NAS. If I use the internal LAN IP, it picks up
the name of my music library. If I just use a random IP it finds
nothing.

However, it did take me one step further as I can now get to the main
menu.
Should the server IP address be that of my local LAN at home, or the
"true" IP of my external gateway? Remember, I'm trying to connect

After selecting language and clicking connect, it tries to connect to
mysqueezebox.com for a while before giving up. CHoose "Change Library"
does nothing. It still only tries to connect to mysqueezebox.com
