I'm not sure if the iPod is an "open" interface but curious if/when
these great Squeezebox products will be able to control an iPod rather
than just have a line in.

I'll try that tonight although I'm surprise the Mac is blocking the
outbound.. I think it would still be useful if there was a debug mode
with viewable logging information.

I'm running SC7.3.2 on Ubuntu server. I've downloaded the latest
SqueezePlay for 7.3 on my Mac. When I select Music Source, SqPlay sees
my server but isn't able to connect, justs asks if I want to try again.
Any thought
olling the Marantz from the
SB remote. I didn't know that was possible. Any more info on that
solution would be great.

BTW - I'm not 100% sure but looking at your cables it would appear the
RCA -> Mini is reversed. From what I understand, the arrows normally
go in the direction of the signal path. I think I see that noted on
one of the cables.

Looks great on the floor. Unfortunately, I'll be mounting my solution
from the ceiling so mounting the Duet just adds to the work. It can be
over come, but as I said, the Airport solution is just simple and works
in all situations.

The Audioengine solution with the Apple Airport solution is pretty nice.
Too bad their isn't an equivalent from slimdevices. It would be nice
if the Duet could utilize a wall socket directly (like the Airport).
This would help reduce the wiring requirements.

When will Slim Devices deliver a product that enables remote speakers
(other than powered)? Sonos has a great box that combines the
transport and amplification and would like to see a similar offering
from Slim Devices.
Does anyone else want such a beast?

There is a Sonicwall then a cable modem/router... What am I looking
for? I would have thought that if the SoftSqueeze can get the Internet
Radio then so should the SB3.
