I am running Visa on my notebook since November 06, and have no problems whatsoever. I must say, of all the OS's I have run so far (DSL, Mandriva, Suse. Ubuntu, Windows XP sp2), this is the most stable one I have come across. As always with a new OS, some application vendors are slower to

After reading about the problems that a lot of folks are having with the new download, I am a bit hesitant to download the new 6.5.2. I finally have my SS 6.5.1 and SBv3 running flawlessly so I really think I should leave well enough alone. Any comments on this would be welcomed. -- thesil

My advice is to check the changelog at http://www.slimdevices.com/Changelog6.html to see if any of the bugfixes in 6.5.2 are important to you. If none of them are, stick with 6.5.1 for now. Personally, I found the fix for Random Play (it's not very random in 6.5.1) sufficiently appealing to

I download a new nightly of the most recent 6.5.2.x (on a linkstation no less) every 3 months or so, and have had no problems to speak of. I always keep the previous nightly as well as the latest official release at hand so if I run into problems, I can quickly revert to a previously running
