There are a few pretty complex ways to get this working, and one simple way, but no I don't think there are any audio only streams of TV stations (not that I've ever heard of anyway. The simple way would be to take the audio output of a cable or satellite box and feed it to the Booms line input.

I used to have an old Radioshack radio that had TV Band on it. I would fall asleep listening to Letterman or the local news or something. It seems to me with all we can access, Television Audio shouldn't be that big of a deal. Does anyone know of a way to listen to Audio from Network (or cable)
