I'm not sure about the formatting issue, but I would recommend putting all your formulas on a separate sheet in the same workbook and have cells in your active sheet reference the "Formulas" sheet. Leave your "Active" sheet unprotected, and protect the "Formulas" sheet; you can even hide the formul
