I'm Oo 3.2 on Ubuntu 10.04. The problem is when I change Ubuntu's
APPEARANCE Oo doesn't reflect that change such as a different colored
top of Writer's screen.
Any idea how to fix that?

A recent update offered for OpenOffice concerned the french language.
As I don't use this, I didn't want to implement the update but there was
no way of 'dropping' it. As a result every time I used OpenOffice, I was
