I've been lurking on this list for a while, as a sometime-contributor to
OpenOffice documentation who had hoped eventually to get involved here as well.
I'm the Mac user Jean referenced who pointed out problems in the OOo
documentation and provided correct Mac menu paths and keystroke
Summarizing this thread:
Mac Documentation needs attention, but Mac Developers are still rare, so we
will have to wait a bit to get this done.
If someone with a Mac could step up we would appreciate it ...

the work is very similar , but:
1 Jeremy´s Versioning rules seems a better lock-down on our needs
2 Samphan´s use of "group" policies will facilitate things for the
admins/recruiters.

differences are just the layout, number of steps in the workflow and
wording.
There's a redundancy because of the rule I and Jeremy used to enable
versioning which is easy to fix.
