Hello from Australia. I am new to this group so apologies if the format of this message is wrong Just got a TR-7, and it the best traditions of on-line shopping it's arrived faulty. When powered on, the panel lights come on but not other sign of activity. It is drawing close to 5 amps at 13.8

Gents (and Ladies) - I'm trying to align a very nice Drake 2-BQ and have a few questions: 1- When I switch on the 2B, the 12AX7 in the 2-BQ glows very bright for a second, then quickly fades to two tiny glows. Is this normal? The tube diagram shows two filaments, but not sure about thi
