I opened up the MN-2700, put a drop of 3 in one oil on each end of the
two varicaps and they now move freely.

I had the same problem. You have to pull the whole front end off. Even
then I couldn't get the front plate all the way off. I ended up lifting
the plate as much as possible and reaching in with needle nosed pliers.

my 1525 won't produce DTMF tonesmeasuring voltages seems to

I need one of the little black plastic pushbuttons used on the MN-2700
for the forward/rev/200/2000 functions - also used on the TR-7 - I
don't need the whole switch assembly just the buttonit cracked and
popped off the switch. Anyone got one or know where to get one?

My MN-2700 has developed a loose bandswitch. It has developed some fore
and aft play that allows the detents to not engage. Any hints on how to
tighten it up without completely removing the front panel would be
appreciated.

by using the accessory connector on the bottom. Only one problem - the
only metal connectors inside the plug are the ones for the
speaker<->ground connection as originally shipped from Drake - the
