FWIW, the Windows version of UT2003 even runs (badly) on Intel 810

Xlib: extension "XiG-SUNDRY-NONSTANDARD" missing on display ":0.0".
Ignore this. This is UT2k3 trying to determine which way to do
fullscreen. Either the XFree86 way or the XiG way.

I'm currently working on merging bsd-4-0-0-branch to trunk, starting
with the merge to the branch. If things stay quiet on the trunk, that
would be wonderful.

That's a no go as we rely on this extension. The game should probably assert
in this case.

Dear lists,
I have attached a slightly modified glthreads.c: I have modified it so that
selecting one of its windows and pressing any key will destroy the
associated glx context and subsequently that X window.
This destruction yields, in a very random fashion, one of the three
following symptoms

This is pretty much a followup to Adam Kirchhoff's bug report.
Adam reported that UT2003 patch level 2186 failed with the latest dri
trunk on his Radeon 8500 and gave the traceback reported by UT2003.
I've noticed that more information is contained within

Hey, just figured I'd let you guys know I have both
Radeon 9000 PCI's and a Radeon 9100 AGP and lots of
time to waste on testing stuff if you guys need the
help. Just tried out the 4.2.902(?) Drivers from the
Redhat Rawhide XFree86 SRPM, and played Q3A a bit with
a Colormagic 64meg 9100 AGP, which

OK, I did some experiments regarding the Radeon DRI lock and got some progress:
1) I installed Xfree86 4.2.99.902 (aka 4.3.0RC3) from binaries at xfree86.org;
2) I compiled the lastest DRM kernel radeon.o from the DRI CVS and installed it
/lib/modules/...
3) I'm still runing kernel 2.4.19-ac4
