[Dspace-tech] input-form.xml - fields not display in submission

Hi all.We want to use dc.date.issued and dc.date metadata in the same submission form. In the input-file form.xml add both fields but the form displays only dc.date field. If we edit item, dc.date.issued field appears with the current date and time, the system filled value by default.
