Hi Sharika,
I haven't looked at the file yet, but if the file is actually named
"dspace.cfg.cfg" as the version that I downloaded is, then that would explain
why the system cannot find a file named "dspace.cfg".

I have looked through several how-to-guides and the online references, but do

I am having trouble determining the best way to alter the API code. When making
alterations to the JSPs I simply place the modified JSP files in
[dspace-source]/modules/jspui.
