Does zapping the PRAM (via TechTool) always muck up your File Synchronization settings (OS 8.5) such that you have to redo your file synchs from scratch? Do the synch settings also get mucked up when you rebuild the desktop or rebuild the directory via Disk Warrior? I usually run this battery of

I've used a NewerTech FireWire card on my 2400/180mHz with Fianl Cut Pro and Premeire with mixed results. I have a 6gig IBM drive and 80mb RAM. Just barely enough to run FCP. I always use Final Cut Pro for capure, and on my 2400, it work just fine for capturing video from either my Sony DVMC-D

Hi i need help to install a hard drive on a 230 the drive starts and i can hear it running but all i get is a flashing disk. tried with a disktools floppy no luck does not recognize the drive. tried with 7.6.1 cdrom still no recognition how do i initialise the drive if it does not read or appear.
