[Duo2400] Duo230 motherboard component ID ?

nd of transistor ? It is located at the bottom side of the motherboard, just above where the battery contacts come. It is marked DZ7, and it's between the components R127 and C166, about an inch above the left battery contact screw. Anyone ? Luc Verhelst
