Many thanks for the advice from everyone! I called Bryan at DT&T yesterday, will pick up the 2400 today from the local shop and send it out to Bryan, current turnaround is 1-3 days. From my description he thinks it's possibly the I/O (?) board, but we'll see. I'll repost after I'm done paying.
