Harry some people never seem to get it! Who hasn't made a keying mistake? Who hasn't been able to copy every letter of the roadrunner cw op?? I never had received a QLF until I went on a DXpedition. (of all places!!) I was on Sable Island back in 1996 (CYØAA), was on 40 meters at about 3-4 AM

In my very first CW qso, in 1983, with shaky hand and nerves of Jell-o, I was met with a QLF and then silence. And now, except for working a very short DX QSO, I won't go near the mode. For those who enjoy it, fine, and have a great time. But it's not for me. Harry N2ERN
