Tom, PSK3 is not a valid mode-tag within a LOTW-upload. You should use PSK31. The list of modes, which are accepted by the LOTW, is enclosed below. I am also logging with DX4WIN, and I remember, that there has been a problem in the past, but the current version (7.02) exports correctly (PSK31).
