As Mike said, what you need to to is to set up a station location that
defines a QTH with that callsign. Then you choose that station location
when signing the log.
Yes, that can mean that you need to duplicate the QTH information for the
"Ohio - Old Call" station location if both calls were from

First of all, do a search to find the QSOs you want to export (maybe you
need to expand the QSO window pressing F5).
After this "make" a logbook window filled with the fields you need to
have (right click and "report editor")

How about saving a "Listing" report as a .csv file and getting rid of
all the junk (non-confirmed, etc.) in your spreadsheet (assuming that is
where the .csv is headed).
