All I know is after updating to 9.0.5 the keying was reversed. No
changes were made to WInkey firmware (30.10) initially after the
update, Winkey continued to function correctly with other programs
(N1MM). I then updated the winkey firmware to its latest version (31.02)

Dave,
So glad Winkey works for you now.
However, I want to get two misconceptions out of the way:
1. When DX4WIN starts, there is an internal checksum calculation to see
that the executable has not been changed. If it has been changed or
downloaded
incorrectly, you will see a message saying that
Originally the latest version of WINKEY (firmware 31.02) would not work
with DX4WIN 9.03. The near term solution was to down-rev the firmware in
WINKEY to 30.10 which at least worked with 9.0.3
When Paul released his latest set of changes fo DX4WIN (9.0.5) this was
on the laundry list of thing
And I stand corrected on my band map working. It is intermittent... working
sometimes when starting DX4WIN, but other times it doesn't work. It seems
to be hit or miss. But honestly, I never regularly checked it before. So
this behavior may not be new?

Hello Dave,
Both Winkeyer firmware 30.60 and 31.52 are working fine for me with the last
DX4WIN update, without any re-install or re-config.
I think your Winkeyer memory was somehow messed up after updating to the
firmware.
