Problem fixed. Thanks to all who replied. I suspected the COM or LPT ports controlling the radio or Top Ten. I removed those from DX4WIN Preferences, but that did not help. I also set everything to do with packet to "none", that didn't help. Now, why did I do what is outlined below? Despera

I am running DX4WIN on two computers, practically identical with the same amount of memory. One of them runs about 4-7% CPU usage with several windows open, including WriteLog, along with DX4Win. The other computer goes to 99% CPU usage as soon as I open DX4Win. I don't even have to open a lo
