Les, the current country file can be found on my web site. It contains the
latest IOTA data *except* for AS-170 - that's coming in Release 9

Since you install dx4win5.03 - here two islands was delete
from IOTA list : it was AF034 and AF055.
If you not work it before you can Export IOTA data,
then delete these Islands using any Text Editor,
then Import correct data to dx4win.
If you work these Islands b4 you can using usual
update as I
