In the beta version will the RST be correct imported according to WSJT-X? Or
will it be 599 as other QSOs?

I am the opposite. As a beta tester, I find it easier to import my
WSJT-X log as an ADIF file every now and then. The frequency of the

Robert,
If you import the QSOs from WSJT-X into DX4WIN, JT65 and the received and
sent signal reports should show up in the Notes for this Call box--which is
an incorrect mapping. You then must manually cut and paste to move the JT65
comments from the Notes for this Call box

I have logged over 100 Q's and the they do show up at JT65 in the mode

I'm trying to determine which DX countries I have worked..

Hi All,
I guess this doesn't address Paul's issue directly but.. I use the
JT65 program by HB9HQX. It has an internal logging function with an export
feature. The export from HB9HQX comes into DX4WIN very cleanly. While the
rstS and rstR are filled with 599 the Notes for this QSO

Hi all
I know DX4Win will not accept JT65-type reports (negative numbers)
I have exported my QSO to an adif file, hoping to deal with the report
issue with another logging program.
So I export myDX4Win log to adif.
I import to the other program which allows to me modify the reports.

Don't do that. It caused the problem you saw. LoTW is smart enough
that when you upload a JT65 QSO, it will credit it as DATA mode.

Jim Reisert AD1C, jjreis...@alum.mit.edu,
Previously I asked for a slight modification to the 599 signal report
in DX4WIN for JT65 users. In JT65, the signal report is the
signal-to-noise ratio in dB. Actually it is the signal/(signal+noise)
ratio, so the value is ALWAYS negative. S/N = -10 dB is a strong
signal, S/N=-25 dB is weak.
I wonder if anyone can help me. On JT65, signal reports are in SNR units
in dB. A typical number will be in the -05 (strong) to -25 (weak) dB.
DX4WIN semms to have a problem coping with such numbers, wanting only 59
or 599 format numbers.
The JT65hf software writes its JT65 ADIF log with the
to get an actual sig report from a computer...
