What causes an anability to spend to an account because of a spend limit
on the
recieving account?? Curious!
I tried to spend to one, and that's what I got ... LOL ... would not take my
e-gold!

From what I understand about my own account, if there are spam complaints
this can happen, or if there is an unusual amount of activity in the
account, (and they are the judge of that) this can happen until you furnish
appropriate DDU info to them, then it is released.
