Many of my business associates have identified one or another
problem with CashCards.net. On the plus side, Steve Renner
has been very frequently in contact with me by e-mail, and
has resolved some of these difficulties.
Their support by phone, is available in business hours.
When you have a problem with funding your card, you should phone them
instead.
Emails does not work with them they take forever to reply.
They fund my card within 2 business days since a while now. Before was 24
hours.
I'm not complaining
In response to private messages... Cahscards.net have no customer service.
You can keep emailing them and you get nothing. They say 24 hours
turnaround for funding your card. Not true. They email customers about
some changes regarding accessing account. They email clients on Friday
AFTER working
