You are technically correct. Money is defined as a physical commodity that
is most easily exchanged for other things.
Gold and silver are money.

There's no doubt that physical gold is good. (Unless you say have it
in your wallet and lose it.)
But government paper money has many wonderful advantages -- and IG
has even MORE amazing advan
Sometimes I think DGCs are no more secure than paper money:
The governments promise the value of their fiat currencies,
Someone promises that there is gold somewhere in a vault to back his DGC.
