Also, lets face it, the fact that our military has performed numerous
shady deals during this administration
George; thanks for the link! I am enjoying reading the further links on the
expectmore.gov website, the ones that explain why the program in question is
deemed 'ineffective.' In some cases, the methods used to gather data are
incomplete or biased, a plan does not exist to effectively prioritiz
apparently expects little of ExpectMORE as it has ignored the program
and cut few of the programs with low evaluations.
