I have a question regarding USDA-APHIS import permit requirements. I
will be collecting leaf-litter arthropods (spiders, beetles, ants,
millipedes, etc.) in Costa Rica and need to bring preserved (in 70%
ethanol) specimens back
in Costa Rica.
