I think it is an Accounts Payable issue. Whenever they make the payment
they will have a surplus or credit balance in their books so when they
receive the 810 the balance gets adjusted, the same way in Accounts
Receivable. Invoice should be send for recording (accounting) purpouse.

Hi all,
I would take a look at BizTalk Server from Microsoft. Biztalk. It has an
XML parser and mapper (from EDI-XML, XML-EDI,XML to Flat File). It can
write directly to a database via COM Objects. It might look like
complicated at first but I think is worth to spend time reviewing it.

Hi Mike,
Have you look into BizTalk? It might offer more than what you need. I am
just curious, if you had looked at it.

the next time you go to your mailbox the files are still there. Maybe your

Hi All,
Ariba has another version of XML which is called cXML. It looks very much
like x12, as far as structure is concern.

Joni,
GENTRAN:Server is a good option, either for Unix or NT. I think the NT
version has XML capabilities would put you a bit ahead of the game.
Good Luck.

Hi,
I've been looking into BizTalk from Microsoft, and it looks very good. I
have not used it but I think it would provide everything any translator can
offer and more. Have any of you have any experience on BizTalk or have an
opinion about it?.
Thanks,
