That is a very good enhancement, so that we can have a generic DP tool to work
on all platforms, ideally.
I fully agree that we should remove TimerLib dependency, because TimerLib is
the platform scope.
There should be no compatibility concern because DP tool should bind to each
platform build.

Hi, Uefi specification guys.
I am reading Uefi specification and occasionally am finding some
obvious mistypings, which may confuse implemeters (or cause errors),
so I thought it would be not redundant to inform you about this.
This time it's almost nothing, but still, it would be ok to fix this.

post it within the UEFI workgroup as a pending errata.
