my Hakko 808 desoldering tool went on the blink.
I find it an indispensable tool for stripping and tinning the leads.

20 meter was pretty quiet but 40 meters was quite noisy this evening.
ECN/1 was held on 14050 kHz while ECN/2 was a bit up from its normal slot
at 7045.5 kHz.
