Yep, the K3S did start at 10K, I think they jumped about 1000 units to start with the new MSD, AND like the subject says, the KX3 is at 10k+ units, but I don't think they skipped any numbers, I could be wrong though, but itlooks to be the highest produced radio of the Elecraft line!    73 -

Hi Jeff, I am not sure that there is a way to look at the KX3 PA temp when you have the 100W PA engaged.  I have turned the external amp off in the config to see the temps of the QRP amp..    It would be nice if the internal amp temp would always be visible as a selection on the display  list

Hello David, Let me try to clear up what I was trying to say.. This is what I think is happening: The radio has a Real Time Clock chip that keeps track of the time when the radio is powered off. From what I see, the radio will 'read' that chip to find out what the time is when it powers up.
