I'd like to suggest Elecraft to prepare 50W version amp for KX3 since the
max.power allowed for prtable operation is 50W in JA.
Small internal swith to select 100/50W might be nice idea for that.
BTW
Thank you very much Elecraft for accepting direct order from JA.

F choke. Use an ohmmeter to see if all of
the RFCs show less than 10 ohms as expected.

Wayne & Gary,
Thanks for the support off the list.
After I set PA TEMP to "R ONLY" instead of "T AND R",
the problem stopped.
I don't know the reason why. But anyway it seems usable
with this setting for the time being.
Jaakko,
Please try this setting on your K
Hi folks!
Thank you for suggestions.
In my previous post, I forgot to say that my K3 works without hi-temp
alarm after warming up (about 30min or so without transmit just receiving
status).
So, it's just the same with Jaako's case.
My shack temp was around 15C these days.
hmmm...

Thanks in advance

What do you mean "yadayada"?
"yadayada" means "No No" by girls or kids in Japanese.

repairing service when user have trouble
during kit building.
In case of K3, it is preassembled and pretested so
that risk to buy direct from US should be much
lower than conventional model.
Many of my friends has interest in K3 but
they don't want to pay double just for a reseller.
