[Elecraft] KPA3 misbehaving

Steve, My K3 has done this several times and each time I had turned the power down while running Ham Radio Delux and then turned off the program. The fix for me is to start HRD again and use the slider to raise the power above 12 watts and all is well again. I am not sure this is what is happ
