I am using SD contest logger, where 2 stop bits were set by default for K3.
That's why now I set N1MM on my second computer the same way. Actually
K3-N1MM connection works fine here with 1 or 2 stop bits set, no difference.

Yes Jim, If we have 21 programmable keys, we cold make 11 band keys, 5 mode
keys and 5 other macros. But I think not everybody needs all bands and
modes. That's why a narrower box with two columns of 7 keys = 14 key could
be produced too.

I second that. There are a lot of turning to bring the notch from 2000 Hz to
near my pitch of 390 Hz. I would suggest the manual notch to be parked just
outside of the used AF band. I.e. when the width is 200Hz and pitch is
400Hz, the notch may wait comfortably on 550Hz.

Actually, the situation in CW is not much different. The side emissions of
the best transmitters on the ham bands are only 90 dB below the signal.
That's why the real world experiences aren't such as expected from the lab
measurements figures.

With K2 with 200 Hz filter pileups were processed much easier. The stations
stood as pins, you have only to turn the knob and pick them up.
The conclusion is: The expedition equipments sponsors must be changed :-
It's great that K2 can be made CW only. Could K3 be ordered with narrow CW
