I have been controlling a K3 with a KX3 using a RRC-1258-link.
At that point (Jan 2013) the implementation was not complete.
I have been updating Elecraft (Wahne) on the additional commands needed to
have a decent setup. Have not hear anything yet on the updates and whether
teh current FW 1.41 i
I have had several enquiries to be included in the responses but did not get
any responses from any one that has set up the complete package. Looks like an
Elecraft response will be required.

There's another program, that does require that you have the PC running
at the local station, but works REALLY REALLY well at both
controlling,operating CW and SSB as well as having an amazing DX Cluster
program. There's a version that runs on the iPhone/iPad and another
that's being worked on
I tried the iPhone app last night. With the serial server running on a PC I got
it to work once I set the baud rate correct. My observations:
1. On 20m psk31 the k3 seems to decode any sig in the passband. If no streaming
audio provisioned could not determine if stn on frequency or not.
