I am using a TW2010 by TW antennas. It is a five band, 10 thru 20 meter,
compact vertical dipole. The antenna easily breaks down and stores in a
three foot long travel bag and has many good reviews on eham. I think it is
a good match with my K3 because it is very well made and very portable.

Jim, K9YC and David, G3UNA, offer excellent suggestions: get up a basic
antenna! (I'm an open wire fan myself.)
The two biggest mistakes I see among those trying to put up a basic antenna
are:
1) Trying to use coaxial line at high SWRs. You can throw away most of your
RF easily that way.

This is what I posted yesterday. You might look back in the Elecraft
archives for similar postings from others: I do agree with Simon about
verticals , if you are *close* to the wet, they will perform exceedingly
well. My antenna is very simple, just wire.
