Hello All,
Does anyone happen to know if Japan has a similar derating scheme as the US
& Canada does regarding mains attachment plug ends???
That is; UL1950/CSA 950 D1 Deviation under 3.2.1 (Connection to Primary),

If you look at section 7.1 of ICES-003 you will find that CSA 108.8 is
referenced.
In section 4.1 of ICES-003, the method of measurement is defined by "the
publication referred to in Section 7.1".
