I like DropBox for static files for static documents, PDF standards and processes, receipts etc. Google Drive, with editable spreadsheets, are quite usable from tablet/smartphone… If you go easy on vB and stick with basic formula. Evernote is fantastic for sync. Their sister app Skitch is great
