I have always viewed the Safety Critical Components List (SCCL) as kind of like a Cheat Sheet or Road Map to a safety inspection. As probably most Safety Inspectors, I wouldn't even think about starting a safety evaluation without the SCCL up front. Otherwise, you would be crawling around
