If the multi-string controllers are switched-mode, then we have the RFI
problem again.
Or, can the switching frequency be set to 500 Hz, so the 10th harmonic
becomes 5 kHz which is below 9 kHz ?
twisting the wires will also help for the frequency range 9 kHz to 30 MHz.

Any other ideas to generate a clean DC current?

I think conducted measurements would not be helpful anyway, because in this
case the use of a conservative antenna gain value is required.

Where do I find this statement in EN 55 022 ?

I think the rationale behind requesting approved components
for X capacitors is that in the past there have been some
unpleasant failure modes in those capacitors.
In the case of a short circuit in the isolation the resistance
the capacitor does not become zero, but something in the 10 Ohm

-> It must be tested according to the Chinese National Standard for ITE,
which basically is the same as CISPR
Is there a fuse required at all?
I think when the supply is from a type A plug, the fuse in the building
installation is enough, however abnormal/short circuit testing must proove
that there is no fire or other hazard.

Of course it is a waste of time, but that is not the fault of those who
sent the contributions,
but of those who wrote the standard and failed to clarify this point.
So, in which amendmend will the power level (VA) replaced by the definition
of an
energy level (J).
Anyway, I am still not clear ab
