Danny, this is an off the cuff reply, with no references to back it up, but my understanding is that a NOM mark is required of all ITE equipment. UL, CSA, CE, etc will not satisfy that requirement. The NOM mark can only be obtained by someone in Mexico making the submittal. This can be an agent
