I need to find the start of this thread. i am running a G540, an Intel
M525MW board with Probotix steppers motors and all 3 axes move fine. I
just need to calibrate them for proper distance and get the homing Hall
effect sensors connected.I am not running the charge pump enabled in the
G540. Am
up.

Got rid of my Tek 7623A a couple of years ago and purchased a Rigol
DS1000CA a couple of years back. Its a 100 MHz, dual trace DSO.
I play quite a bit with two way radio and its works fine for the low
band HF stuff.
I see Rigol has a dual trace 100 MHz scope for under $400.00.

Good video, Goes over the basics of soldering SMD chips. They use flux a
lot to help clean and direct the solder where to go as many carry the
solder on the hot tip to the smd component and the built in rosin
usually boils away.

of course you need to be a linux user as its not written for Windows.
Seems to me Ubuntu has a direct update for gEDA, though I use OpenSuSE
11.3 mostly and it does not.

Android software for cellphones onto until they have a working prototype
