Thanks so much for your help, however I seam to be a little bit off on what
version to get from cvs. The wiki says
To get a particular version of emc, use -rRELEASE_X_Y_Z (a release tag)
to get version x.y.z. For instance, to get released version 2.1.6, use
export CVS_RSH=ssh cvs -z5
To use the puma kinematics, you need to compile the complete development
version of emc2, not just pull a few files from the development version
and add them to your installed version.
You can compile the development version without disturbing any of the
files from your installed version.
