Here are popular themes for Cinnamon, most are dark. I see 2-3 light.

Most of Cinnamon was dark, that maybe changing. It was Matte that was
the light UI for Mint. They may have changed

I have been making changes to Ecrire to support tabs, per a feature
request[1]. I am pretty much there, less the tab container/widget. I
