Hi all,
Just upgraded my EFL to 1.7.8 and Enlightenment itself to 1.7.4. Everything
seems to run OK except for one thing: I cannot boot into the desktop without
first removing ~/.e.
If I remove .e then I after login, I can go through the initial setup/config,
apply a theme, and all is well.
Uh ! I don't see how that can be possible ! Could you send us the
content of your environment variable (check before and remove if
necessary that their is no personal information) ? Could you also
rebuild eet with CFLAGS containing -g -ggb3 at least ?

Hello,
I am using Debian 7 and have installed enlightement 0.17.4. After
installing, I can log in fine. When I reboot and try logging in again, X

Hi Dale,
Thanks for your response. That took care of it. I wonder what would have
caused that, as I didn't have issues before. I'm a bit fond of the
eye-candy, though it is trivial.

Hello,
If one of you has the skill and will, it would be nice to try to
understand where enlightenment is currently blocked. You will need to
have all efl and e compile with CFLAGS that at least include -g
-ggdb3. Then once it hang. Go in the console. There send SIGUSR1 to
